f999 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Registration Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account at f999:

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and personally eligible to use this service.
• All information provided in the registration form must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• No current or former employee of f999 may register.

1.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

f999 may request documents (national ID card, birth certificate or passport) at any time to verify your identity and age. If documents are not provided within the specified time after a verification request, the account may be temporarily restricted. Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.

1.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Creating more than one account from the same person, household, device or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all related accounts being closed and any accumulated bonuses may be forfeited.

2.1 User Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your f999 account login details (username, password) fully confidential. The account holder will be held responsible for any activity carried out from the account.

2.2 What to Do in Case of Suspicious Activity

2.3 Sharing Account with Third Parties

Allowing another person to use, selling, or transferring your account is strictly prohibited. Operating an account on behalf of someone else is also not permitted.

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are available for deposits at f999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Cryptocurrency or any other digital currency is not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Payment methods available for withdrawal: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or restricted if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• Meeting the specified wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing from a bonus.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on f999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a balance of ৳3,000; the wagering requirement to unlock it is ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

4.2 Other Promotions

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is never equivalent to cash — it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• f999 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion's terms at any time.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless a specific promotion allows it.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.

5.1 Game Fairness

All games available on f999 are operated by recognised third-party game studios — such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, Spribe and others. The random number generators (RNG) used in these studios' games are independently tested.

5.2 Bets and Game Results

If a connection is lost during a game, a game remains incomplete due to network issues, or a technical error occurs — f999 will make a decision based on its own logs and server records. This decision will be considered final.

5.3 Sports Betting

If a match is cancelled or suspended in f999's cricket and other sports betting services, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. In the event of a match cancellation, the bet amount is generally refunded, though this may vary depending on the specific circumstances.

5.4 Responsible Gaming

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f999 platform:

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken in serious cases.

7.1 f999's Rights

f999 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to provide documents within the specified time for identity verification.
• No activity on the account for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Suspicion of fraudulent financial activity or fraud.

7.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by notifying the f999 support team in writing. It is possible to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed. If there is an incomplete bonus wagering requirement at the time of closure, that bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no transactions or logins for 12 months or more may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, but no charges will be deducted once the balance reaches zero.

8.1 Service Disruptions

f999 does not accept direct liability for financial losses resulting from service disruptions caused by technical issues, server maintenance, internet disconnection or third-party service provider failures. However, f999 makes every effort to ensure fair settlement of affected bets in such situations.

8.2 Third-Party Services

f999 bears limited liability for the performance of games, payment gateways or other third-party services provided through the platform. f999 is not responsible for delayed transactions caused by payment gateway or banking failures.

8.3 Player's Own Responsibility

Every user participating on f999 plays voluntarily and at their own risk. There is financial risk in gambling and losing money cannot always be recovered. f999 always recommends playing within familiar limits and for entertainment purposes.

9.1 Changes to Terms

f999 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified through the platform of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

9.2 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through the f999 support team.
